I just returned from the RAPDD Conference for speakers and Ed Directors for major associations. Juanita McDowell of the In Motion Real Estate Institute was one of the speakers. One of Juanita’s lead tips was to use a site called Image Chef to create customized marketing photos to use on your listing presentations. The basic site is free, although it’s probably worth upgrading since it’s only $80.00 per year. The upgrade allows you to use the site without their watermarks and also gives you additional features to help you market your listings.
Not only can you make marketing photos, you can customize images for your listing presentations, make personalized cards, or a host of other alternatives.
